Bobbie Jo and the Outlaw - VHS Used

Bobbie Jo and the Outlaw VHS (1976) – Lynda Carter – Vestron Video – ’70s Outlaw Crime Drama – Cult Movie

Before she became a television icon as Wonder Woman, Lynda Carter made her feature-film debut in Bobbie Jo and the Outlaw, a gritty 1970s crime drama inspired by the outlaw legends of the American West.

Bobbie Jo Baker is a small-town carhop with dreams of becoming a country singer. Her life changes when she meets Lyle Wheeler, a quick-draw performer who fantasizes about becoming the next Billy the Kid. Drawn together by their rebellious ambitions, the pair embark on a dangerous crime spree that spirals into robbery, violence, and murder. As their outlaw adventure grows increasingly chaotic, their dreams of freedom collide with the harsh reality of life on the run.

Directed by cult filmmaker Mark L. Lester (Class of 1984, Commando) and starring Lynda Carter alongside Marjoe Gortner, this exploitation-era crime film captures the gritty atmosphere, counterculture spirit, and outlaw mythology of 1970s cinema.

This Vestron Video VHS release is a great collectible for fans of Lynda Carter, vintage drive-in movies, cult crime dramas, and classic home-video releases.
