Directed by James D.R. Hickox and starring Daniel Cerny, Ron Melendez, Jim Metzler, and Mari Morrow, this direct-to-video sequel has become a cult favorite among horror fans for its outrageous practical effects, memorable kills, and unique urban setting that separates it from the earlier films. The movie also features early appearances by future stars Charlize Theron and Nicholas Brendon.
