Count Yorga Vampire - VHS Used

Count Yorga, Vampire (VHS) – MGM Presents Midnite Movies – Robert Quarry – Classic 1970s Vampire Horror

Sink your teeth into a chilling cult classic with Count Yorga, Vampire, the atmospheric supernatural horror film directed by Bob Kelljan. Originally released in 1970, this unconventional vampire tale brought the legendary bloodsucker into the modern world, combining Gothic horror traditions with the gritty atmosphere of early-1970s independent filmmaking.

When a group of friends attends a séance led by the mysterious Count Yorga, they have no idea that their host harbors a terrifying secret. After the gathering, one of the women begins experiencing strange symptoms, and disturbing events lead the group to suspect that Yorga is responsible for a series of mysterious deaths. As the investigation unfolds, they discover that the charming count is a centuries-old vampire building an army of undead followers.

Robert Quarry delivers a memorable performance as Count Yorga, alongside Roger Perry and Michael Murphy. With its sinister atmosphere, vampire mythology, and distinctive blend of classic Gothic influences and contemporary horror, the film became a cult favorite and spawned the sequel The Return of Count Yorga.

This MGM Presents Midnite Movies VHS release is a great addition to collections of vintage vampire films, classic supernatural horror, and cult cinema.
