Grindhouse Planet Terror / Death Proof Special Edition - Blu-ray Used

Grindhouse: Planet Terror / Death Proof (Blu-ray, 2007) – Special Edition – Robert Rodriguez & Quentin Tarantino

Experience the complete theatrical Grindhouse double feature the way it was meant to be seen. Robert Rodriguez’s Planet Terror unleashes a bio-weapon that transforms ordinary people into flesh-eating zombies, leaving Cherry Darling and a group of survivors fighting their way through a nightmarish outbreak.

Then comes Quentin Tarantino’s Death Proof, following Stuntman Mike, a psychotic stunt driver who uses his specially modified car as a weapon against unsuspecting women. When he crosses paths with a group of women who refuse to become victims, the tables are finally turned.

Designed as a loving tribute to the exploitation movies and grindhouse theaters of the 1960s and ’70s, Grindhouse is loaded with intentionally battered-film aesthetics, fake trailers, over-the-top violence, dark humor, and two wildly different takes on genre filmmaking. This two-disc Special Edition Blu-ray preserves the theatrical double-bill experience.
