A supernatural horror thriller based on the novel by Lois Duncan, I’ve Been Waiting for You follows a teenage girl who moves to a small town only to discover she bears an uncanny resemblance to a young woman accused of witchcraft centuries earlier. As mysterious deaths and terrifying visions begin to surround her, she uncovers a dark family secret that may have returned to claim new victims.
Originally produced as a television movie, the film blends supernatural suspense, mystery, and teen horror with themes of reincarnation, revenge, and small-town legend. It stars Sarah Chalke in one of her early dramatic roles alongside a strong supporting cast.
