Stephen King’s Children of the Corn (VHS, 1992) – StarMaker Video

Based on the short story by Stephen King, Children of the Corn is a chilling tale of religious fanaticism and supernatural terror set in the isolated town of Gatlin, Nebraska. After becoming stranded in a seemingly deserted community, a young couple discovers that the town’s children have formed a murderous cult devoted to a sinister entity known as “He Who Walks Behind the Rows.” As the adults disappear and the children tighten their grip on the town, escape becomes a desperate fight for survival.

Directed by Fritz Kiersch and starring Peter Horton, Linda Hamilton, R.G. Armstrong, and John Franklin, this 1984 horror classic spawned one of the longest-running franchises in genre history. With its eerie atmosphere, memorable villain Isaac, and unforgettable cornfield setting, Children of the Corn remains a staple of 1980s horror and a favorite among Stephen King fans.

This 1992 StarMaker Video release is a great addition for collectors of vintage horror tapes, Stephen King adaptations, and hard-to-find budget label VHS editions.
